From April of 1992 - August of 1995 Bosnian Serbs performed terrorist acts against civilians in Bosnia's capitol, Sarajevo. These attacks included bombing the civilian population, snipers randomly shooting civilians and many other violent attacks that resulted in many Bosnian people being killed. The attacks finely ended in August of 1995, when NATO launched an air raid against the Bosnian Serb air defenses, ammunition dumps and communications facilities. The Rapid Reaction Force also attacked the Bosnian Serbs that were still in the city of Sarajevo. Two months later, a peace treaty was signed that officially ended the attack on Sarajevo.
